Job Description
The Data Cloud and Agentforce Solutions Architect is a key member of the pre-sales organization. You will cover complex technical topics within the sales cycle, helping customers understand how next-generation Salesforce capabilities integrate into their existing architecture.
A critical component of this role is acting as a hands-on technical expert. You won't just talk about the vision; you will design, develop, and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs) and hackathons. You will transform architectural visions into tangible, working solutions that demonstrate the power of AI-driven, unified data.

AI/Machine Learning architecture
Large-scale data unification and modeling
System integration patterns and solution performance
Your Impact – Responsibilities
Architect the Vision: Support the sales cycle by covering technical architecture, data strategy, and AI capabilities.
Build & Deliver: Design and present hands-on POCs and demonstrations that showcase the viability of Agentforce to technical stakeholders.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Explain the benefits of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to CIOs, CTOs, and IT teams.
Define Requirements: Assess and define technical customer needs, focusing on AI and operational data utilization.
Innovate: Drive innovation projects with impact, including POCs and MVPs.
Mentor: Coach fellow pre-sales colleagues on the technical intricacies of Data Cloud and Agentforce.
Lead the Conversation: Act as a thought leader on Generative AI, Data Strategy, and Hyper-Automation.
Minimum Qualifications
Hands-on Experience: Proven track record of running successful technical POCs for complex AI or Data solutions.
Technical Depth: Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and/or Advanced Data Solutions (e.g., CDP, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes).
Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English AND German or French (spoken and written).
Pre-Sales Background: Experience in solution engineering or technical architecture.
Data Mastery: Knowledge of data architecture principles: ETL/ELT, data modeling, governance, and quality.
Cloud Fluency: Strong understanding of SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and data integration patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud.
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
Salesforce Certified Architect or relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP Data/ML).
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements.
