Alliances – Partner Solution Advisor, Senior Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre professional to join the Alliances & Channels team to drive partner-led growth within the Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) segment. This role is responsible for maximizing partner-driven contribution to the segment’s overall business. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic thinking, consumer goods domain expertise, executive presence, and a collaborative mindset to effectively influence both internal Sales & Distribution (S&D) stakeholders and partner executives.
As a Partner-Facing Salesforce Solution Advisor, you will engage deeply with the partner ecosystem to co-create, position, and scale Salesforce-based solutions aligned with market needs and whitespace opportunities. You will act as a critical bridge between business objectives and partner capabilities, accelerating partner readiness, strengthening go-to-market (GTM) execution, and driving measurable revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Influence: Own the partner pipe gen and partner business growth responsibility of the RCG segment
Build GTM-Ready Partners: Enable partners to become market-ready through structured GTM programs, capability development, and joint solution positioning aligned to segment priorities.
Partner Advisory & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, aligning the right partners, support the sales-cycle and jointly close the business
Partner Ecosystem Development: Align with the key segment stakeholders on value drivers and with key partners execs
Success: Drive implementation success across the segment by ensuring partner readiness, delivery quality, and alignment to customer outcomes.
Experience/Skills:
14-18 years of experience across alliances & channels, sales, Salesforce consulting,or advisory roles
Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across organizations
Ability to think strategically and develop compelling plans for new initiatives
Experience working with or managing partners, alliances, or channel relationships
Track record of driving GTM programs and partner-led growth
Working knowledge of Salesforce technology and SaaS, PaaS, and aPaaS markets
Strong execution focus with a balance of strategy and operations
