Role Overview

Salesforce is seeking a senior strategic advisor to articulate and quantify the enterprise value of digital transformation for our most strategic customers across ASEAN.

The successful candidate will shape executive agendas by translating Salesforce’s technology capabilities into measurable business outcomes — revenue growth, margin expansion, productivity gains, and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for an experienced industry and strategy leader with deep expertise in Telco and Technology industry.

As a Senior Manager within the Business Value Advisory team, you will partner with C-level stakeholders to define, justify, and govern large-scale transformation investments. You will report to the Head of Business Value Advisory .

Key Responsibilities

Business Advisory & Value Engineering

  • Diagnose current-state business performance and identify value creation levers

  • Develop robust financial models and investment-grade business cases

  • Apply industry benchmarks and leading practices to quantify impact

Executive Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Elevate discussions from product capabilities to enterprise transformation strategy

  • Lead C-suite workshops and board-level conversations

  • Position Salesforce as a long-term strategic transformation partner

Value Governance & Realization

  • Define measurable value metrics at program inception

  • Track realized outcomes against approved business cases

  • Provide corrective insights to optimize ROI and transformation impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

This is a high-impact, customer facing role requiring strong stakeholder orchestration across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and regional leadership teams. Success depends on the ability to influence within a global matrix organization while maintaining deep understanding of customer performance metrics and strategic priorities.

Performance will be measured by:

  • Strategic impact across key accounts

  • Executive influence and depth of C-level engagement

  • Quality of investment justifications and value realization outcomes

  • Enablement of frontline sales through differentiated value positioning

Experience & Profile

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in strategy or management consulting. Deep experience in Telco and Technology is highly preferred

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and executive-ready investment cases

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and structured problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders within global, matrixed environments

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-growth settings

  • Business or Engineering degree required; MBA preferred

  • Strong interest in enterprise technology and digital transformation
