About the role:
We’re looking for a Product and Pricing Operations Manager to help scale our pricing strategy, drive data-informed decisions, and build infrastructure that supports rapid product evolution and monetization.
What You’ll Do
Pricing Strategy & Execution
Partner with Product, Pricing Strategy, and Sales to develop pricing strategies for new and existing products.
Conduct pricing performance analysis, customer segmentation, customer interviews, and competitive benchmarking to continue to drive pricing & packaging optimizations.
Conduct structured research on pricing mechanisms in similar and adjacent markets and product categories
Deal Support and Operations
Provide ongoing deal support as the pricing & packaging expert
Coordinate go-to-market readiness, including pricing configuration, SKU creation, and internal enablement.
Execute the NPI process for MuleSoft and ensure cross-functional alignment across systems and teams.
Data, Tools & Insights
Build and maintain pricing dashboards that incorporate AI-driven forecasting and anomaly detection to flag pricing leakage or usage spikes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and operational scalability.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years in pricing, product ops, strategy, or business operations roles, preferably in tech or SaaS.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; Excel/GSheets expert, SQL or BI tools a plus.
Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to accelerate market research, draft pricing documentation, and automate routine operational tasks.
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with product lifecycles, monetization mechanics, and operational systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, ERP).
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and process improvement. You should be an early adopter of AI technology who proactively finds ways to use automation to increase the efficiency of the Pricing & Product Ops function.
Experience in pricing for subscription or usage-based products.
