Description
Salesforce Technical Architect (Life Sciences & Health Cloud)
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect to reinforce our Pharma and Life Science Cloud services. This isn't a slide-deck role — you'll be in the trenches with our most strategic customers, writing Apex, building flows, and leading architectural decisions that actually ship. Whether you're deep in implementation or advising a CTO on Life Sciences platform strategy, you're equally at home in both worlds.
You'll join our Professional Services team as a technical leader for our complex enterprise accounts across the region — owning technical outcomes from discovery through delivery, ensuring every solution is built on Salesforce Well-Architected principles.
What You'll Do
Build & Deliver
- Design and code high-quality Salesforce solutions — Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations — not just review them
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-cloud implementations including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
- Own Proof of Concepts (POCs) hands-on, from architecture to working demo
- Review key solution artefacts and drive technical quality across the engagement
Lead & Advise
- Act as the lead architect on engagements — setting direction, aligning the team, and making the hard calls
- Advise customers at all levels — from developers to CTOs — on platform architecture, best practices, and Salesforce roadmap
- Run technical discovery workshops and translate business needs into scalable solution designs
- Guide customers through Agentforce adoption and agentic AI strategy
Enable & Grow
- Mentor teammates and customer teams on Salesforce platform and delivery best practices
- Contribute reusable assets, playbooks, and accelerators back to the team
- Support pre-sales when needed — you know how to win the room technically
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce architecture and implementation experience — in consulting, professional services, or a fast-moving customer environment
- Real coding experience: Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP integrations — not just configuration
- Proven track record leading technical delivery on complex Salesforce projects
- Comfortable owning both the whiteboard and the keyboard
- Strong communicator — you can explain a complex architecture to a developer and a CFO in the same day
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and at least one of: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Deep hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (Commercial Cloud) — including data model, territory alignment, HCP/HCO hierarchy, cycle plans, sample management, and eDetailing
- Working knowledge of the broader Veeva ecosystem: Vault CRM, Vault PromoMats, OpenData/Network
- Experience with IQVIA OneKey or equivalent HCP/HCO master data management in regulated markets
- Strong understanding of pharma field force operations, MLR compliance, and GxP constraints
Nice to have:
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, Agentforce Specialist, or equivalent
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integration patterns
- Understanding of AI and Agentic standards (MCP, A2A)
- Deep expertise in one or more core Salesforce clouds (Service, Sales, Platform)
- Experience with Agentforce and/or Data Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud functional scope — Sales Engagement, Medical Engagement, eDetailing, Sample Disbursement, KAM, Remote Engagement, and Agentforce integration on LSC Mobile
- Familiarity with IQVIA OCE as a CRM platform
- Experience with SAP integration in pharma commercial contexts
- Additional European language is a plus
