Principal Data & AI Architect, Global D360 (Data Cloud)

Role Overview
As a Principal Architect Data & AI in the Global Data 360 Solutions team, you will be the technical face of our innovation. This is a specialist pre-sales and evangelism role designed for a technical visionary who can inspire customers and partners. You will not only design "the possible" but also ensure our clients successfully adopt and scale these technologies, driving long-term consumption and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Evangelism: Act as a thought leader, presenting D360’s Data & AI capabilities to CXOs, technical partners, and internal stakeholders to drive market excitement.
Strategic Pre-sales: Partner with the sales team to lead discovery sessions, design tailored architectures, and demonstrate how our AI solutions solve specific business pain points.
Salesforce Integration: Lead the technical strategy for Salesforce-centric data and AI workflows, ensuring seamless connectivity and value realization.
Rapid Prototyping (PoC): Build and deliver high-impact "Proof of Concepts" that prove technical feasibility and business value in real-time.
Adoption & Customer Success: Beyond the initial sale, you will act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers and partners successfully implement the technology, driving long-term usage and platform consumption.
Partner Enablement: Train and support our partner ecosystem to ensure they are equipped to deploy and scale D360 solutions effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
Salesforce Expertise: Mandatory deep experience with the Salesforce platform. You must understand Salesforce data structures and integration patterns.
Pre-sales Excellence: Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, evangelist, or solutions architect role, with a track record of influencing complex enterprise deals.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI/ML deployment.
Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on consumption and usage—you care as much about the customer’s long-term success as you do about the initial technical design.
Language: Bilingual fluency in English and French. You must be able to lead high-level conversations and technical workshops in both languages.
Location: Based in Paris. Full-time on-site.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Salesforce Certification: At least one active certification (e.g. Data Cloud, Administrator, Agentforce Legend) is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional public speaking skills and the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.
