Description

The Recruiting Operations Analyst plays a critical role in our Global ES Operations Organisation. This role will be part of a team of highly skilled specialists who keep the recruiting organization running smoothly. The role will cover a breadth of partnerships and require familiarity with processes across Employee Success (HR) that touch recruiting in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the cases received in the Recruitment Operations Queue. Follow through to ensure case is resolved and closed appropriately and satisfactorily.

  • Able to perform transactions in Workday related to recruitment support.

  • Able to analyse, test and trouble shoot issues that prevent recruiting transactions. Analyzing the steps, conditions, and security configurations of recruitment-related Business processes.

  • Perform all Recruitment Compliance Audits (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle audits) and adhere to compliance

  • Perform Background Investigation- Adjudication for Candidates.

  • Work within and outside of recruiting (Candidates, Employees, Legal, Background Vendors, Hiring Managers, ESBPs, Recruiting Coordinators, etc) and provide excellent customer services to these client groups.

  • Partner with various internal compliance teams, external government agencies, and vendors to usher employees throughout the process.

  • Partner closely with Technology teams and perform system testing for enhancements and support in the enablement.

  • Generate/Prepare reports/dashboards to provide insights into recruitment operations performance.

  • Support and partner with a global teams, as we have team members and stakeholders globally (AMER, EMEA, APAC)

  • Meet all internal team service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs and maintain confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an HR/HR Operations/Recruitment Operations

  • Proficiency in Workday and/or any other HCM, ATS

  • Experience in Case management, Compliance Audits, WorkDay Transactions, Background Investigation

  • Excellent communication skills and high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work with multiple groups, and build strong networks across a complex, fast-moving organization
