Description

An opportunity exists within our Digital / Marketing Cloud business for a proven Enterprise Sales Leader looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute Sales Leader with deep MarTech and digital marketing expertise, who will play a key role in driving growth across our strategic accounts.

This role is critical in expanding our footprint in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, helping organisations transform their customer engagement through data-driven, personalised, omnichannel marketing.

Your mission as a Regional Sales Director (RSD):

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives specialising in Marketing Cloud and MarTech solutions

  • Drive revenue growth across new business and existing accounts, with a strong focus on customer engagement, personalisation, and digital transformation use cases

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies aligned to industry-specific marketing challenges (e.g. retail, financial services, travel, telco)

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Data Cloud specialists, and Partner Alliances to deliver end-to-end MarTech solutions

  • Own accurate forecasting and pipeline management, with clear visibility into Marketing Cloud sales cycles and deal progression

  • Apply a data-driven approach to optimise performance across the sales funnel, leveraging insights from customer data, campaign performance, and digital maturity

  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous learning, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and value-based outcomes

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, particularly in complex, multi-stakeholder MarTech deals

  • Own the full sales lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on net-new logos, platform expansion, and multi-cloud adoption (e.g. Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

  • Represent the business at key industry events, marketing forums, and customer experience communities to build brand presence and generate demand

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading Enterprise sales teams within MarTech, Digital Marketing Platforms, or Customer Engagement solutions

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem (e.g. Engagement, Personalisation, Data Cloud, Journey Builder) or comparable platforms (Adobe, Braze, HubSpot, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex, consultative solutions tied to marketing ROI, customer lifecycle management, and personalisation strategies

  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS / MarTech environment

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and execute strategic account plans and industry-specific GTM strategies

  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Data, and IT functions

  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organisation

  • Passion for customer experience, digital innovation, and the evolving MarTech landscape
