Description

The Salesforce Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to support Marketing’s AI adoption efforts. You'll support vendor management, establish governance and scale processes, and build the playbooks, compliance checkpoints, quality standards, and documentation that make AI-driven workflows scale. You’ll find creative ways to use AI to accomplish the above. Like all Salesforce marketers, you are a builder who likes to experiment with AI agents and workflows to help with various types of work.

This role requires a highly ambitious self-starter who enjoys taking poorly defined requirements and organizing them into well-defined, widely used processes–often for the first time. This position is ideal for an AI enthusiast with a track record of building AI solutions, helping teams learn, and measuring success in meaningful ways. A successful candidate is comfortable collaborating with technical stakeholders, approaching problems from multiple angles, actively participating in conversations about technology products and solutions, and translating technical information for a non-technical audience.

This role is part of the CMO Strategy & Operations team and reports to the Senior Director, Marketing Internal Communications & Enablement (MCE).

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain AI adoption materials, including playbooks, compliance checkpoints, quality standards, and how-to documentation that make AI-driven workflows safe to scale.

  • Full lifecycle vendor management support - onboarding, day to day operations, retiring or decommissioning of AI tools when they are no longer needed or effective.

  • Manage and optimize AI vendor relationships including scoping projects, owning contracts, and maximizing the impact of vendor resources including post-sales implementation support.

  • Lead the creation and adoption of performance measurement systems (like Tableau dashboards) to establish a shared understanding across Marketing of what a successful AI implementation looks like.

  • Proactively seeks out AI advancements, operational methodologies, innovative business use cases, and success stories about how AI is being used to change marketing, and incorporates learning into enablement programs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong English communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. This is a must.

  • Track record of building and implementing successful AI workflows with multiple AI tools.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in change management, internal enablement, learning & development, or similar roles, preferably within a large B2B software company.

  • Able to confidently engage with technical Product teams on complex concepts, and able to speak to and understand technical vocabulary. While this is not a technical role, being able to summarize and rephrase these concepts for a broad range of non-technical stakeholders is a core responsibility.

  • Exceptional project management skills with an organized and detailed approach.

  • Proven ability to build trust, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on program status and outcomes.

  • Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and ever-evolving environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, provide counsel to senior leaders, and play a leadership role in spearheading initiatives and driving them forward.
