Description
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to partner with the EVP, EMEA SMB and their leadership team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader, driving transformational initiatives across the organization and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities. You'll work closely with the Global SMB leadership team and the Transformation Office to align regional execution with global strategy and drive change at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Transformation
Partner with the EVP and leadership team to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives across EMEA SMB
Drive transformational change across multiple functions with competing priorities, building alignment and momentum
Identify operational inefficiencies and design solutions that scale across the organization
Serve as a thought partner on critical business decisions and organizational priorities
Cross-Functional Program Management
Lead and manage complex, high-impact projects from conception through delivery
Coordinate across sales, strategy, employee success, operations, enablement, finance, and other key stakeholders to drive outcomes
Establish clear governance structures, timelines, and accountability measures for strategic initiatives
Anticipate and remove obstacles that could impede progress
Communications & Stakeholder Management
Prepare executive briefings, presentations, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate leadership meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions
Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the organization
Operational Excellence
Streamline processes and decision-making frameworks to improve efficiency
Support budget planning, resource allocation, and organizational design
Act as a proxy for the EVP when needed, representing priorities and driving decisions forward
Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or related fields
Proven track record of driving transformational change in complex, matrixed organizations
Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—with ability to influence at all levels
Strong business acumen with experience in sales or go-to-market functions preferred
Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
Experience working in EMEA region and understanding of SMB market dynamics a plus
Self-starter with high intellectual curiosity, emotional intelligence, and executive presence
