The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi-faceted team does it all. We are a collection of designers, copywriters, strategists, PMs, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our incredible portfolio of work.

As Creative Director, Flex Creative, you will serve as senior strategic creative leadership embedded in-market, providing conceptual and strategic creative muscle across our most important brand moments, strategic events and campaign efforts. This role exists to help solve for scale and influence, ensuring that high-impact work benefits from strong creative direction, stays in-house whenever possible, and is delivered with consistency and craft.
You will partner closely with senior brand and creative leadership, Production Studios, and operations to shape how Flex Creative works, where it engages, and how it scales, while also acting as a mentor, brand ambassador, and trusted creative voice for local brand and creative teams.
This is a senior, highly collaborative role for a creative leader who thrives in ambiguity, understands how to balance flexibility with rigor, and can influence outcomes across teams, regions, and moments that matter most.
What you will do
Provide additional conceptual and strategic creative leadership on our highest-value initiatives, with a primary focus on brand, events and campaigns
Partner with Creative leadership and Operations to define processes and ways of working that ensure Flex Creative is engaged on high-impact work while remaining flexible enough to scale during key moments
Partner with Production Studio leadership and Operations to understand planning, intake, and volume of work, identifying project opportunities that Flex Creative should take on
Hire, onboard, and manage a team of art directors, designers, and AI creatives to drive scale, efficiency, and creative excellence
Act as a senior creative leader in-region, providing mentorship, guidance, and perspective to local brand and creative teams
When needed, serve as a local voice for brand and creative, supporting messaging alignment and creative continuity as work is pulled through regionally
Help solve for creative scale and influence across the organization, ensuring the right creative leadership is applied to the right moments
Act as a creative and brand ambassador for local brand and creative teams, providing creative direction/gudiance, narrative consistency, and perspective to ensure consistent, best-in-class output
What experience you have
BA or BFA in Art/Design
Extraordinary design skills
World-class portfolio of work
Outstanding presentation skills and proven ability to produce and pitch world-class strategic presentations to all levels of an organization
12+ years experience in art direction and design in a creative agency or client-side group; experience working with B2B / technology brands is a plus
8+ years experience leading and managing a team in a creative agency or internal creative group; global experience is a plus
8+ years experience in marketing work with a rich portfolio including digital, print, interactive, website/mobile design and video
Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites, mobile and graphic design, Corporate ID, interactive, social campaigns, content marketing and events
Expert knowledge of creative process and all digital creative software tools; AI experience and knowledge is a plus
