The Role: We are looking for an experienced and ambitious National Account Manager (NAM) for our Global Account Deutsche Bank, one of our most strategic accounts in Financial Services. As a National Account Executive you will lead our client engagement within Germany and partner closely with the Global Account Manager (GAM). You will communicate the benefits of the entire Salesforce Customer 360 product suite, craft and deliver a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business goals to foster their growth, and navigate the full sales cycle by leveraging various resources to support deal closure. The candidate must have a wide knowledge of information technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience in complex global environments.

Your impact:
* As leading part of our Enterprise Sales team you will be focusing on one account, closely collaborating with the account’s Global Account Manager and with NAMs of other regions
* Together with an extended team, you will build and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential
* Manage entire complex sales-cycles nationally, identifying new business opportunities and pitching the value of our full suite of products & services directly to C-level executives and operational decision makers
* Drive opportunities towards contract closing, win and close deals
* Building up new senior business relationships with new buyers in new business domains
* Engage Salesforce C-Level executives and foster meaningful connects on company’s top level
* Forecast sales revenue achievement and activities, while creating sustainable satisfied customers
* Evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives that showcase the future of banking
Required Skills:
* Solid track record of solution selling experience within a global account setting, ideally within the Financial Service sector
* Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment, being the right-hand of the Global Account Manager, while taking full ownership of local P&L goals
* Ability to map out stakeholder landscapes to effectively optimise internal and external networks
* Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships
* Excel in operational rigor and sales execution
* Exhibits characteristics of proactivity, risk taking, and a drive to succeed
* Ability to negotiate complex deals and terms and conditions
* Must be comfortable in both oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
