Role Overview:
At Salesforce, we're seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as Agentforce Specialists focused on the High-Tech and Sports & Gaming sectors. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth in strategic enterprise accounts through a 50/50 mix of new logo hunting and existing account farming. You will apply innovative technology that redefines customer engagement for some of our most high-value clients. Salesforce Agentforce, our flagship innovation, harnesses the power of real-time data analytics and AI to redefine Customer 360, enabling scalable, high-impact customer interactions.
As a part of our Agentforce Specialist selling team you will play a pivotal role in crafting customer engagement and delivering ground-breaking results! We are looking for individuals with deep AI knowledge and the ability to build deep, strategic account plans. Collaborating with potential clients, you will dive deep into understanding their needs and challenges, ultimately showcasing how Agentforce is the solve for their most critical business goals.
What you’ll be doing:
Employ your wealth of sales knowledge and AI modeling to identify and position Agentforce opportunities within the High-Tech and Sports & Gaming verticals.
Build strategic account plans for deep penetration in high-value accounts, balancing new logo acquisition with strategic expansion.
Collaborate and work closely with Salesforce Sales teams to find opportunities to drive Agentforce growth, acting as the SME
Use your extensive knowledge of Agentforce to articulate how the Salesforce Product stack can deliver tailored solutions that fit within existing complex architectures.
Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Agentforce’s capabilities deliver impact at scale.
Craft and present compelling Points of View (POVs) that underscore the tangible value of Agentforce across both technical and business partners.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to show up as “One Salesforce” and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the entire sales process.
What you should have:
10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within the context of highly technical SaaS sales.
Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, specifically how to configure agents, hook them into existing flows, and manage API connections.
Proven track record of navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and building deep strategic partnerships.
Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform.
Strong technical selling skills including the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non-technical clients.
A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets within a technical sales environment.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an extensive background in technology sales.
Skill-Set/Technologies:
Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies (Snowflake/Databricks), Cloud infrastructure, Predictive and prescriptive modeling, Tableau, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
