The Salesforce Financial Services Marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate marketer to drive vision, messaging, awareness, and go-to-market strategy for the rapidly evolving wealth and asset management industry. In this role, you will be at the tip of the spear marketing how changing customer expectations, regulation, and the rise of FinTech disruptors are creating massive shifts in the market. Leading banks, wealth management companies, and insurance companies are seeking new ways to create differentiated, convenient experiences that build deeper relationships with their clients clients. You will help influence them to see Salesforce as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey. Responsibilities:

  • Work with the industry's best marketing team to help define the banking, insurance, wealth and asset management messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy

  • Create visionary and compelling internal and external, customer-facing presentations

  • Support differentiated event marketing experiences at Salesforce and industry third-party events

  • Drive the creation of thought leadership content, webinars, and webcasts to evangelize our message

  • Manage industry product launch plans, working closely with the industry experts and marketing teams to ensure effective and ongoing relevancy in the market to drive demand generation and sales pipeline

  • Partner with a world-class Product Management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages for Agentforce Financial Services

  • Dream up engaging product demonstrations that are used on stage in keynotes, in videos and are the basis for customer engagements in the sales process

  • Deliver customer-facing presentations to audiences of all sizes

  • Develop effective sales training materials, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings and key positioning

  • Partner with other marketing specialist teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns, SEO, and web design to build pipeline

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5-to-8 years experience in marketing

  • Financial services or wealth and asset management marketing experience a plus, though not required

  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience/familiarity with the customer engagement lifecycle and CRM applications

  • Marketing portfolio with examples showcasing your writing style

  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

  • Ability to craft compelling positioning and thought leadership content

  • Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executive leadership and at different levels of management

  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence

  • MBA a plus (but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school)
