We are seeking a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead a high-visibility team of tenured Account Executives focused on our most strategic Manufacturing Enterprise customers in Germany. In this role you will be a cornerstone of our European sales operation, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that transform how the manufacturing industry engages with technology to generate business value from becoming more customer centric. This role goes beyond achieving numerical targets; it is about building a sustainable, high-performing ecosystem. Your Impact
Strategic Growth & Market Share: This role is focused on revenue growth within existing strategic accounts across the German manufacturing landscape.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Excellence: Develop and implement the GTM strategy for your territory, aligning local execution with global corporate objectives.
Active Deal Participation: Support Account Executives by leading high-level client meetings and mobilizing internal corporate resources to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Operational Precision: Lead weekly revenue forecast meetings and provide transparent reporting on sales activity to ensure business predictability.
Talent Development & Mentoring: Identify competency gaps and proactively coach Account Executives on opportunity identification and closing strategies.
Team Scaling: Manage the full talent lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, and training, to bridge skills gaps and ensure the team is equipped for the future.
Continuous Improvement: Constantly monitor and refine sales activities, implementing best practices to improve team efficiency and win rates.
Basic Requirements
Software Sales Mastery: Proven track record in B2B application or solution sales, specifically within the SaaS/Cloud platform space.
Industry Authority: Deep experience in the Manufacturing industry, with a solid understanding of the digital challenges facing German enterprise customers.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in managing a sales team, with the ability to apply management theories to real-world sales environments.
New Business Acumen: A "hunter" mindset with deep knowledge of how to break into and win new strategic enterprise accounts or their divisions.
Salesforce Fluency: A solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, our product suite, and our value proposition to the manufacturing sector.
