Role Overview

As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives for large and complex enterprise customers in Korea. APIs and integration are transforming how organizations connect systems, data, and experiences, and MuleSoft is leading this change.

In this role, you will partner closely with C-level executives, senior IT leaders, and transformation teams to define and execute enterprise integration and API strategies using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers modernize legacy environments, accelerate cloud adoption, and achieve greater business agility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, including existing customers and new prospects

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers

  • Identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities

  • Drive pipeline generation through installed-base expansion and whitespace prospecting

  • Develop and execute account strategies and long-term plans aligned with customer business objectives

  • Clearly articulate the business value of MuleSoft and the Salesforce platform in digital transformation initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Partners, and Customer Success teams

  • Drive revenue growth across new and existing accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in Enterprise or Strategic accounts

  • Proven experience selling complex, technical platforms or enterprise software solutions

  • Strong understanding of the Integration and API market

  • Demonstrated success managing large, complex enterprise accounts

  • Ability to develop and execute strategies with a large, cross-functional extended team

  • Fluent in Korean with business-level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling MuleSoft, Salesforce, or comparable integration platforms (e.g., Tibco, Boomi, Informatica, IBM, Oracle)

  • Strong industry experience in Telecommunications and/or Manufacturing

  • Proven experience selling into large enterprises or Korean conglomerates (Chaebol)

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, cloud migration, or legacy modernization initiatives

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures
