Build and optimize prompts and LLM interactions to improve Agent performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions for agent-driven automation.
Implement monitoring, retry logic, and exception handling for agent workflows and lead distribution.
Work on document ingestion pipelines, Data Cloud integrations, and content processing to feed AI models and agents.
Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and prompt tuning to continuously improve agent behavior and outcomes.
Collaborate with and provide guidance to other engineers working on agent-related technologies, sharing best practices and fostering team learning.
Contribute to architecture, design, and best practices for AI-enabled agent systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
Partner with other teams to integrate agent solutions across Salesforce clouds while adhering to data governance and security standards.
Drive innovation in agent experiences while evaluating new AI and generative technologies to enhance the overall platform.

Experience supporting global rollouts of agent solutions and scaling across multiple regions.
Previous work on multi-language or global agent deployments.
Salesforce certifications or equivalent expertise in AI-enhanced CRM solutions.
