Combined Role: Partner Sales & Account Manager — Colombia
Role Overview Salesforce, the world’s #1 CRM and one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies, is seeking a highly motivated team player to join the Alliances and Channels team in Colombia. This hybrid role requires an individual who is both a strategic thinker and a "real doer". The successful candidate will possess an innovator’s mindset with the curiosity to understand the big picture while retaining the ability to translate that vision into tactical action to drive growth within the local partner ecosystem.
You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a select set of named partners—including those in the consulting, agency, and tech integration spaces—while simultaneously aligning with and supporting local Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Ecosystem Development (Colombia Focus): You will support the health and capability of the Partner Ecosystem by identifying enablement journeys and driving partner recruiting and development.   • Relationship Strategy: Own the relationships with a select set of named specialist partners to ensure well-rounded growth, building deep connections with key stakeholders up to the leadership level. You must create Country and business plans with key partners and hold them accountable for reaching set goals.
  • Sales & Demand Generation: Drive and execute go-to-market strategies with a specific focus on growing co-sell and sourced revenue. This includes building strong demand generation plans and conducting forecasting for the territory.
  • Operational Alignment: Support RVPs and sales teams in both strategic and operational sales, utilizing your skills to do territory planning and partner business plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with peers and stakeholders—including account executives, sales leadership, customer success, and partner marketing—to ensure partners are skilled and able to drive sales.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Regional Network: You must possess strong knowledge of the local market and have an established network/references from partners and contacts in Colombia.
  • Professional Experience: The ideal candidate brings a strong sales background and previous channel experience. Specific requirements include 4+ years in an Alliances/Partner Relationship Management role and potentially up to 10 years of leadership experience in consulting, sales, or the enterprise software industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: You should have an understanding of how consulting companies work and what drives them forward. Experience working with digital agencies or having a working knowledge of Salesforce technology and cloud solutions is advantageous.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to structure and transition sophisticated problems into solutions and opportunities into actions is essential. You must be able to think strategically to develop compelling plans for new initiatives.
