Description

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our highest-priority web projects and experiments, ensuring they align with our brand and business goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of web design, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization. You should be comfortable leading projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary design lead for a growth marketing and web pod, developing and implementing strategies to enhance web performance and user engagement.
• Lead the design process for critical web projects and experiments, from wireframing and prototyping to final execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver impactful product launches and experiments.
• Ensure design consistency and efficiency by contributing to and maintaining our design system.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating your design decisions and rationale.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in web design, with a focus on UI/UX and conversion-oriented design.
• Proven experience leading design projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and a track record of successful projects.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Rive)
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Experience contributing to or managing a design system is a plus.
