Your Impact
You will work alongside the account team as a trusted advisor to deeply understand the unique business challenges and goals of the customer. You will consult customers on the Salesforce Service Cloud applications to develop, prescribe, and evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

An awesome Service Cloud Account Executive is seen as the trusted advisor, and they focus on the following key areas:

  • Discovery: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to understand how to make organizations successful and to address pain points in their current efforts.

  • Consult: Act as the trusted business advisor for customers and enable the wider internal and external communities on service trends, product developments, and more

  • Deliver: Connect business requirements with Salesforce solutions technology to deliver compelling visions which demonstrate how automated service processes come to life with Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.

  • Digest: Stay up-to-date on the latest Service Cloud product development and roadmap, industry trends, and industry news.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a talented core team, contributing to our unique culture that is entirely focused on delivering exceptional care to our customers, partners, and employees.


The basics:

  • Minimum 3+ years as a account executive in the software industry

  • Knowledge of business needs, industry and processes

  • Finding and closing Enterprise business in Switzerland, full territory and quota responsibility

  • Creating and executing a territory sales plan for the Swiss market

  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast in Salesforce.com

  • Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills

  • Sales experience (RFP support, Discovery, Demonstration, POC, Solution Design)

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Compelling story-teller

  • Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team (or as an individual) to drive sales in varied political environments

  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
