Compensation: $68,000.00 - $85,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

Our rapidly growing software company is seeking an Associate IT Project Manager to join the Product & Engineering Operations team. This role not only assists our project managers with scheduling, documentation, and deliverable tracking but also independently manages small-to-medium technical projects. The coordinator will take ownership of customer infrastructure migrations, including v8+ upgrades, and deliver lower-complexity initiatives aligned to IT Project Manager standards. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing both coordination and project leadership responsibilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support internal Product & Engineering projects from initiation through delivery.
• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
• Maintain and update project documentation.
• Assist with project communication by refining meeting notes & action items.
• Test service delivery workflows when we implement changes.
• Schedule & coordinate with customers on deliverable dashboards.
• Independently manage small standard projects with existing playbooks, such as customer infrastructure migrations.
• Contribute to process improvements by documenting lessons learned and sharing best practices.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating or managing technical projects such as infrastructure migrations, upgrades, or system enhancements.
• Familiarity utilizing any of the following platforms: Atlassian suite, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, Miro.

Preferred Education and Experience

• ITIL, Scrum, AZ900, and/or CAPM certifications.
• Experience working for a SaaS company, cloud service provider (CSP), or software development team.
• Bilingual in speaking Spanish, a plus.
• Experience with the following technologies, tools, and concepts:
  • ITIL practices
  • Identity management using Azure AD, Okta, OpenID Connect, SAML
  • FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program)
