About the Role

We’re hiring a Financial Data Analyst to support both accounting and finance operations. This role combines financial analysis, revenue operations, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement, with a strong focus on systems and automation.

You’ll work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Leadership, with most processes running through Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial data, improving workflows, and building scalable reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage accounts receivable processes from quote-to-cash, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections follow-up
• Maintain and audit sales commission structures in spreadsheets and Odoo
• Work with department leads to improve data accuracy and reporting processes in Odoo
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on revenue, expenses, headcount, and operational KPIs
• Support improvements to sales and operational processes

FP&A

• Build and maintain financial models and operational analyses
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Identify repetitive finance tasks and improve them through automation and AI tools

Must Have

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, revenue operations, business operations, or consulting
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and pivot tables
• Experience with SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Looker
• Understanding of accounting fundamentals, including revenue recognition and AR/AP processes
• Comfortable writing scripts or automating workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial insights clearly
• Interest in using AI to improve finance processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo ERP
• SaaS industry experience
• Experience using AI or LLM tools for workflow automation
• Experience working in a high-growth environment

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $85,000-$100,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
