As an Event Coordinator at Odoo, you will play an integral role in delivering quality events across Australia, New Zealand and the surrounding islands. Your work will directly impact Odoo’s presence in the Australian market, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life while contributing to our rapidly expanding success.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in event management, ideally within the tech or software industry.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
- A creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and trends is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Event Management
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of our flagship event, the Odoo Business Show, showcasing the latest product innovations.
- Work closely with sales, product, and functional teams to prepare impactful presentations, create engaging event rundowns, and develop persuasive pitching materials.
- Oversee all logistics for the Roadshow, including venue selection, guest invitations, and post-event follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience.
Expo Coordination
- Act as the primary liaison with event organisers and vendors at industry trade shows where Odoo is an exhibitor and sponsor.
- Partner with internal teams to design captivating booth displays, engaging promotional materials, and interactive demos.
- Align marketing objectives with exhibition goals to maximise brand exposure and lead-generation opportunities.
Webinar Coordination
- Plan, promote and execute the webinar, from topic curation to the live-streamed event
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate availability and capacity
Reporting
- Gather insights from events and accurately record the number of attendees, registrations and budget for each event
- Monitor Meta and LinkedIn ads for performance and optimise if necessary
- Record and track expenditures for future event planning
