Looking to learn more about tech sales? Our sales department in Dubai is looking for amazing, dynamic, and smart fresh graduates to join the Odoo Family. Are you looking for a position where you will expand your business knowledge? Where you are able to practice your language skills? Where you can use your shark-like attitude in a profitable manner? Then this is a great opportunity to learn more about the IT sector!

As part of our 8-week internship program, you will be involved in the full sales cycle by shadowing our Sales Executives. Concretely, you will need to identify business opportunities, manage email campaigns, generate sales leads, make cold calls, participate in meetings, and assist the sales department wherever possible. You will learn how our salespeople contact SMBs for the first qualification, analyze their business needs, and how they provide them a unique demonstration of our software and how our solution can fulfill their business needs. After this advising phase comes the sales stage: negotiation and closing. Every day you'll be exposed to different companies in different sectors; needless to say, you won't get bored. Over time, you'll develop an expertise in the different business industries.

To be successful as a sales intern, you should be willing to learn as much about the company as possible and be able to spot opportunities that have been overlooked by others. Outstanding sales interns are problem solvers who know the value of building lasting, professional relationships with clients. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Dubai. Kindly note, this position can also lead to a full-time role within Odoo.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential customers, identify new business opportunities, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Conduct cold calls, send emails, and assist in nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and, in some cases, in-person client meetings.
  • Update sales trackers and assist managers with daily operational duties.

Requirements

  • Strong self-motivation.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to cope with rejection.
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team
