About the job
Odoo is looking for an Outbound Sales Executive (Partnership) to support the ANZ region. In this role, you will recruit, onboard, and grow a network of reseller partners through proactive outbound sales efforts.
You will identify market needs, analyze partner businesses, and recommend suitable Odoo services and licenses to support their growth. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and an interest in the enterprise software and partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage Odoo partners in ANZ
- Identify market needs and trends
- Support partners in growing their Odoo activity
- Analyze clients' businesses and offer tailored solutions
- Use strong negotiation skills to drive successful partnerships
- Outbound prospecting for new resellers
Must have
- Permanent working rights in Australia
- 0-2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong business intelligence and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Assist partners with their day to day queries
