About the job

At Odoo, we collaborate closely with fiduciary (Accounting Firms) partners who manage the accounting of their clients using Odoo. Our goal is to help them get the most out of our solutions, while maintaining a smooth and proactive relationship.

We're looking for a Partnership Manager to strengthen our relationship with fiduciaries in Africa. You'll be the key contact for our partners, ensuring they benefit fully from their collaboration with Odoo and helping them deliver the best experience to their end clients.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with our fiduciary partners
  • Collaborate closely with our Business Analysts team to share updates about our fiduciaries evolution and accounting localisations requirements
  • Sell implementation packages to new fiduciary partners
  • Regularly reach out to fiduciaries to check how things are going, share product updates and identify potential opportunities
  • Explore the market to find relevant events and tradeshows for Odoo to grow in the Accounting world
  • Collaborate closely with our Direct Sales team to share leads of your fiduciaries clients when they want to use odoo on a larger scope than Accounting, without managing the commercial process yourself
  • Ensure fiduciaries benefit from all available advantages (free users, partnership conditions, etc.)
  • Support fiduciaries in understanding new features or offers relevant to their clients
  • On site visits in Nairobi with your fiduciary partners
Requirements
  • Business Degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • Strong relational skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills: you'll have a lot of clients to manage
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
  • Good Accounting knowledge
