As a Business Analyst focussing on accounting firms, your role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Odoo as the first software solution on the market where accountants and entrepreneurs collaborate on a common platform. You'll be at the forefront of business development efforts, strategically positioning Odoo as the go-to choice for accounting firms seeking to evolve from accountants into trusted business advisors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partners Management: Actively support the growth of Odoo's partner network, empowering accounting firms worldwide to become certified Odoo Experts.
  2. Training: Demonstrate Odoo's capabilities as an accounting Firms Expert through specialized knowledge and continuous training both internally and externally.
  3. Product improvement: Your job has an impact !! Collaborate with Product Owners to convey customer and partner feedback. Be highly involved in the Odoo Experience, our annual event.
  4. Business development : Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to elevate Odoo's suite of apps reputation within the accounting (firms) community. Participate in events such as Roadshows, Academy’s, Fairs, School classes and workshops to showcase Odoo's Accounting advantages and capabilities.

During your initial weeks, you will be immersed in projects with the support of experienced colleagues, undergoing onboarding in our Quickstart team in order to handle more diverse implementation projects such as HR, Marketing, Logistic, etc.. When joining your final team, by consistently delivering exceptional value and service to accounting firms, you'll solidify Odoo's position as the preferred choice, ensuring that when accounting firms think of management software, they think of Odoo.

Profile

  • Bachelor degree or higher (ideally in Accounting, or Information Systems )
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Teaching skills: Being at ease to present in front of a large audience, and interact with a classroom or a workshop
  • Academic mindset: attention to detail, curious, rigorous
  • Proactive, enthusiastic

Must Have

  • Perfect written & spoken English
  • Native Arabic speaker
  • Accounting Background
  • Strong business acumen
  • Highly creative and autonomous

Nice to have

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly desirable
  • ERP Experience
  • Teaching experience
  • Strong analytical skills
