Social Media & Community Manager
As our Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll be the voice and personality of Odoo SA. on social media. You will connect with our community on several platforms, celebrate our wins, promote new features but most importantly, help our message travel as far as possible. You will work with both organic posts and paid campaigns.
About the job
You will be part of the an international and fast-paced environment where routine has become an almost forgotten word. A good sense of humor, calmness under pressure and genuine love for helping others will be your best allies in turning conversation into positive experiences for our community (aka turning haters into followers).
You can expect to take part in the development of campaign concepts and scenarii, working closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life. Long story short, you’ll handle publications and campaigns creation from A to Z, while following our common guidelines for set up.

Community Management
- Management of our social media channels on a daily basis (messages, comments, mentions).
- Provide clear, relevant and timely responses to our community… Sometimes in multiple languages.
- Handle interactions with professionalism, humour and composure, even in case of occasional conflict situations.
- Escalate sensitive or complex requests to the relevant teams whenever needed.
Organic content publishing
- Plan and publish organic content that highlights:
- Major announcements and milestones
- New projects or big customers
- Key product updates and feature developments - Ensure that our platforms remain tidy and on brand:
- Collaborate with other offices to ensure that only quality content is published
- Adapt tone and formats to each platforms
- Strike irrelevant content if needed - Internal social media reference:
- Act as the main point of content internally for all social media related questions
- Manage access rights to social media accounts and support subsidiaries
- Provide guidance and best practices - Creative production:
- Develop new content ideas and provide clear instructions or scenarios to our creative team
Paid social campaigns
- Launch, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Focus primarily on visibility and brand awareness objectives (Odoo, eInvoicing, Horeca).
- Occasionally manage conversion driven campaigns (Odoo Experience).
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on results.
- Strike a campaign or platform that doesn’t work into our strategy or doesn’t deliver results.
About you

Here's what we expect from you:
Must have
- Experience working with social media and communication management or ability to learn fast
- Experience in creating designs (Canva or Adobe) or videos
- Comfortable working in a multilingual environment (at least French and English required)
- Capacity to work autonomously, well-organized and strong team player
- Comfortable taking initiatives and with fast environment changes
Nice to have
- Affinity for IT
Another European language is always an extra!

Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
