About the job
As a System Administrator in the HORECA sector, your role is pivotal in driving the adoption of Odoo, the first fully integrated software solution designed for restaurants, breweries, hotels and cafés.
Your primary mission is to visit HORECA customers across Belgium and assess whether their technical environment is ready for Odoo: network quality, server setup, connectivity, security standards, hardware compatibility, internal processes, etc. You ensure that each client has a solid and reliable setup before the implementation begins.
You will diagnose issues, validate configurations, advise clients on best practices and coordinate with our internal teams (Functional Consultants, Developers). You act as the technical bridge between Odoo and the customer.
This role requires mobility, autonomy, strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into simple, actionable recommendations for clients with varying levels of IT maturity.

Here's what we expect from you:
Must have
- knowledge of GNU/Linux environments
- Good understanding of networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, VPN)
- Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python)
- General understanding of system administration
- Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
- Work permit for Belgium
- Driving license (mandatory)
