Join us in transforming education across the APAC region! We're seeking a dynamic, creative, and proactive Education Program Officer to expand the Odoo Education Program to more educational institutions and push it to new heights.
The Learning and Development Officer collaborates with internal and external experts to design, implement, and manage training programs across the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employee skills, fostering professional development, and aligning learning initiatives with organizational objectives through effective educational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the ongoing training calendar for Odoo APAC, including onboarding, product training, and soft skills development.
Collaborate with internal departments and external experts to develop engaging training programs.
Conduct needs assessments through observations, interviews, and surveys to identify learning requirements of teams.
Organize training announcements and manage participant sign-ups.
Ensure training rooms are adequately equipped and ready for sessions.
Oversee the training library, curating e-learning resources, presentations, and recordings within the Knowledge App.

MUST HAVE
- Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology, or other related area
- Fluency in English + APAC languages
- Strong interpersonal skills, with great abilility to build relations with internal teams and outside parties
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work autonomously
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience using Business Management Software
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Similar position or internship experience
