As a central department within the company, you will be a privileged point of contact for employees.
If you have experience in payroll, then you might be the person we're looking for. You will be working in a team (6 people) but you will also manage projects independently.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to employees on HR related questions : payslips, taxes, holiday, parental leave, maternity leave, educational leaves, young leaves, ...
- Follow the entire employee's journey from onboarding to offboarding
- Record, manage and follow-up of absences (sickness)
- Manage the follow-up of appraisals and salary reviews with managers and employees
- Be a person of reference regarding fiscal and payroll matters
- Complete social documents (edrs, mutuelle, crèche, C4)
- Help with the set up and opening of subsidiaries
- Monthly payroll closing
- Provides HR guidance, develop and maintain HR policies and processes
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, address conflicts, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Employee well-being: Implement well-being programs and initiatives to support employee health and satisfaction.
- Employee retention
- Be part of several HR improvment projects (such as Legal monitoring and the development of the Payroll app --> requiring in-depth research)
About you

Here's what we expect from you:
Must have
- Fluent in written and spoken English and French
- Bachelor degree or higher in HR or equivalent
- Driving licence
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR department (payroll)
- Great organizational skills
- Be proactive and work in autonomy to contribute to the success of the company
- Team player, Motivated, Reliable, Trustworthy
- Be ready to move through our different offices: Grand-Rosière, Louvain-la-Neuve & Antwerp (once per month)
Nice to have
- Available quickly - Full time
- Oral communication skills

Full-time CDI
A 38 hours/week contract including 2 days of home-working per week and flexible hours.
