Junior Sales Account Manager
As a Sales Account Manager, You will oversee the full account management cycle, from understanding client needs and optimizing their current use of Odoo, to driving renewals and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role requires a consultative approach, combining strong business acumen with a deep understanding of Odoo’s suite of applications to deliver long-term value for clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and build strong relationships with existing clients
Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
Deliver engaging presentations and demos
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Stay updated on market trends and competitors
Requirements
0-2 years B2B sales or sales account management experience
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with the ability to understand client needs
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets
Deep business knowledge and a knack for problem-solving
