What we expect
At Odoo, we're looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling visual content. In this role, you’ll translate conceptual ideas into high-quality graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to maintain a cohesive visual presence across all platforms. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead original design concepts for campaigns, marketing materials, and branded content.
- Create and manage design deliverables across web, print, out-of-home, and social media channels.
- Review design work to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and strategy.
- Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and production processes.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, communicating design rationale and strategic alignment.
- Provide in-house design support and contribute to creative problem-solving.
- Partner cross-functionally to support the creative direction of larger project plans.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design across print, web, social, email, animation, and video. Portfolio submission required with application.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Creativity, adaptability, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
- 2+ years of professional design experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing.
- Skills in video creation, editing, or motion design (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects).

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
