As the Italy marketing team continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Content & Copywriting Specialist to join our team!
Your job
As our Content & Copywriting Specialist, you will work closely with the Italy Marketing Manager and other teams, while taking ownership of the content creation process for the Italian market, driving engagement and awareness through high-quality, strategically planned content.
Responsabilities
- Editorial ownership: manage and execute the editorial calendar for the Odoo blog and social media, from topic ideation to publication;
- Content creation: write and publish various content types, including blog articles, customer success stories, social media posts, newsletters, OOH and performance marketing ad copy, and video scripts (webinars, social content etc), ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand voice;
- SEO & keyword research: conduct keyword research to identify high-impact topics and optimize content for both SEO and SEM;
- Gated content: plan, create, and distribute premium gated content such as white papers, ebooks, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral;
- Campaign alignment: collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product, sales etc) to align messaging with ongoing GTM and product initiatives;
- Performance monitoring: analyze content performance, gather insights and data to continuously improve content impact.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1);
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience focused on content and copywriting (B2B experience in SaaS preferred);
- Strong creativity, storytelling and copywriting skills;
- Proven ability to write both brand-driven and conversion-focused content;
- Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization tools;
- Comfortable producing content such as: ebooks, white papers, case studies, etc;
- Collaborative and organized, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally;
- Strong project management skills;
- Analytical mindset: ability to track, report, and optimize content performance.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a SaaS company;
- Understanding of B2B buyer personas and sales enablement needs;
- Basic knowledge of video editing or multimedia storytelling;
- Familiarity with Google ads, paid social, and performance marketing best practices;
- Ability to create simple designs on Canva;
- Understanding of social media (especially LinkedIn) content strategy;
- Experience working cross-functionally in multilingual or international marketing teams.
