We are now looking for a Customer Success Officer to strengthen our collaboration with accounting firms in Belgium.

About the Role

You'll build strong partnerships with accounting firms by ensuring smooth collaboration, proactive follow-up, and efficient administration. Your goal is to make sure accounting firms and their clients get the most out of Odoo, while identifying opportunities that can later be handled by our Sales team.

You will be the main point of contact for accounting firms, ensuring their satisfaction, supporting them in their daily use of Odoo, and keeping them up to date with new features and possibilities. By doing so, you will help unlock additional business potential that often remains untapped today.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with a portfolio of accounting firms in Belgium
  • Ensure accounting firms benefit from Odoo advantages (free users, partnership benefits, etc.)
  • Keep our internal CRM and administrative records up to date
  • Proactively reach out to accounting firms to understand how things are going with their clients
  • Share relevant updates and new features with partners
  • Work closely with the Sales team by providing qualified upsell opportunities and leads
  • Represent Odoo during partner-related events (fairs, demos, workshops)

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A good business knowledge
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills in French, English and Dutch
  • Proactive mindset: you like maintaining long-term relationships rather than “pushing sales"
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
  • Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with accounting firms or in a similar role.
  • Affinity with the accounting firms/accounting sector
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or administrative roles
  • Solution-oriented mind
  • Strong analytical skills

What do we expect from you?

As a Customer Success Officer – accounting firms, your primary responsibility will be to manage and strengthen relationships with accounting firms in Belgium. You will focus on:

  • Maintaining accurate administrative records in Odoo (CRM, partnership benefits, etc.).
  • Proactively reaching out to accounting firms to check how things are going with their clients.
  • Sharing relevant product updates and best practices.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities that can then be passed to our Sales team.

Given the large number of accounting firms, this role requires strong organizational and priority management skills. You’ll make full use of Odoo for managing your administrative tasks, while ensuring a consistent and proactive follow-up with key partners.

You will work closely with our Sales team, who will take over when a more commercial approach is required.
