Responsibilities
- Build & Scale HR Operations: Design, improve, and implement HR systems, processes, and policies tailored to a fast-scaling tech company, like Odoo.
- Recruitment Excellence: Lead, manage, and continuously improve the recruitment processes & initiatives by working closely with internal recruiters and managers.
- People & Culture: Lead by example in cultivating a workplace culture grounded in empathy, autonomy, collaboration, and accountability.
- Employee Relations: Contribute to a respectful and supportive workplace by navigating employee matters with integrity, objectivity, sensibility, and approachability.
- Compensation, Benefits & Compliance: Oversee and review salary structures, bonuses, benefits, and employee incentives while ensuring all HR practices and policies align with current labor laws and regulations.
- Business Partner: Driving manpower planning, aligning all HR strategies with business goals, and staying up to date with market trends to ensure organizational agility and performance.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow the HR team while building clear career paths and fostering collaboration - reflecting Odoo’s values of autonomy, responsibility, and continuous improvement as the company expands.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Support and implement creative sourcing strategies - including campus hiring, employer branding events, and long-term talent mapping - while also driving employee retention initiatives.
- Data-Driven HR: Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into data-driven actions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge to support collaboration & alignment between employees, managers, and company goals.
MUST HAVE
- Experience: 7+ years in multiple areas/functions in HR, with previous leadership roles.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor law.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans.
- Previous experience in building an HR team from scratch.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and respect for confidentiality in various matters.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a similar industry.
- Has an active HR professional network in Indonesia.
- CHRP certification (or equivalent).
