As a Recruiter at Odoo, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Buffalo team and supporting our mission to deliver lasting value to small and mid-sized businesses. In this position, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams and directly contribute to Odoo’s continued success. We’re looking for someone who is curious, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. You should have a solid understanding of SMB operations and a passion for connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.
Responsibilities
- You’ll work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand the role to hire qualified talent in a timely manner
- You’ll review resumes in a fast and timely fashion, then phone screen, and interview qualified candidates while building great relationships with them
- Participate in community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to raise Odoo’s brand awareness and connect with potential candidates.
- You’ll complete the recruiting life cycle by extending offers, creating offer letters, and greeting your new hires on their first day
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Approximately 1+ years of recruiting experience in a related industry
- Prior technical recruiting experience is helpful but not required
- Autonomous and proactive mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and desire to play an integral role in a rapidly evolving field
- Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
