Responsibilities


Your role within the organisation will be mainly working with the Accounting and Sales teams to facilitate the invoicing and accounts payable administrative process. Your daily tasks are performed from our office in Biomedical Campus, BSD, Tangerang. This role involves admin and processing documents. It has the potential to evolve into specialized accounting roles and provides the opportunity to explore various areas of our financial operations in the coming months as the team expands rapidly.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

Payments & Expense Handling:

  • Vendor bills, employee reimbursements: Be the main point of contact and responsible for bills processing and payments (wire transfers)
  • Manage other cash-out documentation & bills such as: Company credit card expenditures

Tax:

  • Bukti Potong: Be the main point of contact for customers, responsible for collecting and verifying Bukti Potong documents, follow up on any missing ones
  • Support Accounting & Coordination: Account reconciliations and liaise with Sales, Team Leaders and Managers to ensure accuracy & up-to-date information regarding Bukti Potong

Admin:

  • Prepare and Review Documents: Prepare, check, and collect documents like invoices, agreements, and tax invoices required for invoicing
  • Coordinate with Teams & Shipping: Liaise with Sales, Accounting, and Director to get signed documents, and arrange delivery through courier services
  • Follow Up on Overdue Invoices: Assist with receivables by following up with customers and supporting the collection process

Other:

  • Ad-hoc support to the Accounting team to assist in decision making
  • Continuously learn about other areas of Tax & Accounting to gain knowledge

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
  • Ability to communicate with other teams
  • Comfortable working on admin tasks
  • Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia
  • Team spirit and driven

NICE TO HAVE

  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience
  • Solution/analytical minded
  • GAAP experience
  • Immediate availability
