As an Executive Account Outbound at Odoo, we adopt a consultative sales approach. You'll connect with companies, understand their needs, and present innovative solutions to digitize their operations. You'll quickly master all aspects of entrepreneurship, to advise clients as an expert.

Join our amazing team of Account Executive Outbound and rise to the challenge to evolve in the IT sector!
Concretely, you will:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth research to uncover high-potential customers across diverse channels—online research, social media, industry events, and prospecting tools. Use advanced techniques to create a robust pipeline of highly qualified leads.
  • Own the entire Sales Cycle: Take charge of the full sales process—from initiating outbound calls and emails to engaging potential clients. Qualify their business needs, offer tailored Odoo product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the buying journey until closing the deal.
  • Demonstrate Odoo product: Demonstrate the latest apps, features, and product updates to end-users, ensuring they experience firsthand the value and impact Odoo can bring to their business.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and becoming a valuable partner in their success.

MUST HAVE 🎯

  • Previous experience in outbound sales (Italian market)
  • Up to 5 years of experience in IT/Saas
  • Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and tools for building a strong sales pipeline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive customer experience
