Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain/update employee records accurately and effectively
- Welcoming new employees to the company by conducting orientation
- Assist with leave management, on and off boarding operations, training logistic, and internal HR projects etc.
- Assist with employment visa application and record management
- Assist in preparing official documents and provide administrative support to HR Department
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Perform other assigned duties and ad hoc projects
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor degree or higher in related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in sizeable companies or MNCs
- Proficiency in productivity software / application such as MS Office & Google Workplace
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good team player with a positive attitude and eager to learn and grow
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge about Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law, MPF and other related ordinance
- Strong software and new technology awareness
- Immediate Availability
