What exactly does an accounting firm specialist do?
As a Business Analyst specializing in accounting firms, you will play an important role in the transition to Odoo. This software solution is the first on the market where accountants and business owners work together on a common platform.
You'll play a key role in shaping business workflows, strategically positioning Odoo as the top choice for accounting firms aiming to evolve from accountants to trusted business consultants.
Responsibilities 🤝
Partner Management: You actively support the growth of Odoo’s partner network, enabling accounting firms worldwide to become certified Odoo Experts.
Training: You showcase Odoo's expertise in the accounting sector through specialized knowledge and ongoing training, both internally and externally.
Product Improvement: Your job makes an impact! Collaborate with Product Owners to relay feedback from customers and partners. You'll be closely involved in Odoo Experience, our annual event.
Business Development: Work with sales and marketing teams to promote the Odoo app suite within the accounting sector. Participate in events like roadshows, Odoo Academy sessions, trade fairs, school trainings, and workshops to highlight Odoo’s advantages and capabilities in accounting.

Must Have 🎯
- Min. 2 years of experience in Fiduciary/Accounting Firms
- Valid work permit for Italy
- Fluent in English AND Italian (C1-C2)
- Fast learning

- Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive
- Affinity with the IT world

- Experienced in management software implementation
