About the job
We are looking for an Account Development Manager to drive and expand the Odoo solutions within an independent retail chain of over 800 stores specializing in home appliances and electronics. In this key role, you will focus on deploying, selling, and optimizing the Odoo solution while fostering strong relationships with partners and end-users to ensure their satisfaction.
You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager dedicated to this strategic client, and you will be part of the Mid-Market & Corporate Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing the commercial strategy:
- Design and implement a tailored commercial strategy for the retail network in partnership with the head office.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow Odoo solution adoption across the network.
- Demonstrating and selling the solution:
- Organize customized demonstrations of the Odoo solution for stores and their teams.
- Partner with system integrators to sell and implement the solution effectively.
- Client relationship management:
- Maintain ongoing communication with the stores and their teams to understand their needs and challenges.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by closely monitoring project quality and services provided.
- Collecting and analysing user feedback:
- Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Odoo’s internal teams to integrate user feedback into product enhancements.
- Collaboration and reporting:
- Work hand-in-hand with the Key Account Manager to ensure strategic alignment.
- Produce regular reports on project progress, sales performance, and client feedback.
Must have
- Master in Business
- At least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Software Solution Sales (preferably ERP)
- Fluency in Dutch
- Proficiency in French & English is a plus
- Strong business knowledge, analytical & communication skills
- Genuine interest in IT and retail
- Willingness to travel regularly accross the store network
- Work permit for Belgium
