Responsibilities

Join our dynamic Direct Sales Team and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to acquire new customers. As an Outbound Business Development Executive, you will be an integral part of our Direct Sales Team. Your primary focus will be on lead generation and customer acquisition through various outreach strategies, including cold calling. Your daily tasks will be carried out primarily from our office in Sai Ying Pun, where you will mainly be responsible on the following:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential SMEs that could benefit from Odoo's solutions through online and offline channels.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential customers, engage them in conversation, and introduce Odoo's offerings.
  • Pitching: Present Odoo Management Software to SMEs that are dissatisfied with their current tools or processes.
  • Needs Analysis: Analyze customers' business needs, activities, and pain points to tailor your approach effectively.
  • Demonstrations: Provide personalized demonstrations of the software that address specific customer requirements.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and work towards closing deals with prospects.
  • Business Trips: Travel for onsite meetings with clients to build relationships and close deals.
  • Networking: Attend expos and industry events to generate leads and expand your professional network.

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, or higher
  • Bilingual (English + an APAC language)\
  • 1 - 3 years relevant experience in outbound sales or business development
  • Experience in lead generation & cold calling
  • Excellent communication skills with a high passion for negotiation and achieving targets

  • Languages: APAC languages (Cantonese, Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese)
