Responsibilities
We are looking for an individual with a passion for talent recruitment to join our team. You'll get the chance to work in a fast growing company with a fun culture and you'll get the opportunity to learn about the tech industry. As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you'll be joining a growing recruitment team in managing a smooth recruitment process for a wide range of positions within Odoo. You will manage the job adverts, the qualification of candidates, arranging interviews with the managers, the feedback on candidates and the offers we send out to candidates. You'll help management in keeping up to date with current job market conditions by researching the Hong Kong / APAC job markets.
In addition, you'll support and develop the relationships with external organizations to increase the amount of candidates we receive. You'll get in touch with professional event coordinators, universities, or anyone who can help us in creating fun recruitment events and you'll be attending these events in order to scope out the right candidates.
Since every department is looking to grow, you'll be in contact with the team managers to understand their need, set the interviews, and get their feedback on candidates.

MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong interest in recruitment in the IT industry
- Proactive, well organized
- Fluent in English communication skills
- 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing: internal events, career fairs, online posts, local universities, regional channels etc.
- Filtering, reviewing and shortlisting applications
- Follow-up with candidates
- Work with various teams internally
- Keep up with a fast-paced environment
