Responsibilities
Your role within the organisation will be mainly working with the Accounting and Sales teams to facilitate . Your daily tasks are performed from our office in Biomedical Campus, BSD, Tangerang. This role involves admin and processing documents. It has the potential to evolve into an AR or AP Accounting role in the coming months as the team expands rapidly.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
Tax:
- Bukti Potong: Be the main point of contact and responsible for collection of Bukti Potong(s)
- Follow up on invoices missing Bukti Potong
- Liaise with Sales, Team Leaders and Managers to ensure accuracy & up-to-date information
Admin:
- Liaise with Sales, Accounting and Director for signed documents
- Prepare hard copy documents for our Customers/Stakeholders: Invoices, Agreements, Faktur Pajak, etc.
- Send off documents
Other:
- Ad-hoc support to the Accounting team
- Learn about other areas of Tax & Accounting to gain knowledge

MUST HAVE
- Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong willingness to learn a new accounting system (Odoo Accounting App)
- Fluent in both English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Team spirit, driven, and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working on admin tasks
NICE TO HAVE
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Solution/analytical minded
- GAAP experience
- Immediate availability
