Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Officer to spearhead our brand's growth in the Thai market. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary, passionate about marketing, and a committed team player. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies that will elevate our brand and products in Thailand.
As our Marketing Officer for the Thai market, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with local consumers. You'll leverage your deep understanding of Thai culture and consumer behaviour to create impactful, culturally-relevant marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and product demand.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to boost demand generation and brand awareness in the Thai market
- Develop engaging online content—such as webinars, blog articles, videos, customer testimonials, and social media posts—to improve our website's SEO in the Thai market
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns for products and events on our digital channels to acquire customers and increase awareness
- Brainstorm ideas for various marketing initiatives, including social media content, media collaborations, partnerships with external parties, and influencer marketing
- Manage events, including company product launches and external exhibitions, while collaborating effectively with our resellers and vendors
- Conduct market research to provide insights and identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects related to expansion in the Thai market
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Native in Thai, and proficient in English
- Creative mindset to generate new ideas and solutions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
- Experience in managing TikTok and other major social media platforms in the Thai market
NICE TO HAVE
- 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing
- Working experience in Thailand
- Experience in managing Google Search ads, awareness of local digital marketing trends
