We are looking for a Technical Recruiter—a talent architect and scout who does more than just navigate the market. You are the one who identifies the "unfindable," engages the "unreachable," and builds the teams that define the future of travel and expense tech.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Blueprint: Act as a high-impact advisor to Engineering leadership. You don’t just take orders; you shape strategy by bringing deep market intelligence and a "product-manager" mindset to the hiring process. You will identify and solve department-level process bottlenecks. You’ll design your own goals and KPIs, building new frameworks that prioritize recruiting outcomes and long-term scalability.
- Move at Navan Speed: We thrive on a bias for action. You’ll manage complex, high-stakes pipelines with precision, maintaining a relentless focus on quality without sacrificing velocity.
- Full-Cycle Excellence & Extreme Ownership: Take the helm of our most critical technical searches. While your primary focus is Engineering, your curiosity and agility allow you to flex across the organization when the business needs it most. You hold yourself and your hiring teams to an uncompromising standard of excellence.
- Operational Innovation & Curiosity: Experimentation is in our DNA. You will lead strategic initiatives to test new sourcing techniques and AI-driven tools, ensuring our recruiting engine remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
- Team Amplification: You are a force multiplier for the recruiting team. You’ll provide authentic feedback, share best practices, elevate our collective performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Literacy: 2-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a heavy focus on technical roles. You speak the language of the stack—you can explain the trade-offs and understand why a candidate’s experience is the right fit for our mission.
- The Startup Edge: You have a proven track record in high-growth environments where speed and quality are non-negotiable. You have a bias for action and move faster than the market.
- Ownership Mindset: You don't wait for permission. You identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and execute with a sense of urgency.
- Analytical Influence: You are a data storyteller. You use funnel conversion metrics, technical pass rates, and offer acceptance data to optimize the hiring process and influence Engineering leadership’s decision-making.
- Communication Mastery: You are a brand ambassador and a storyteller. You can translate Navan’s complex technical challenges into a compelling vision that inspires the world’s top 1% of engineering talent.
- Operational Grit: You are a power user of the modern recruiting stack (Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn) and are always looking for the next AI-driven tool to give you an edge.
