As we expand our reach through strategic ecosystems, Navan seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead the technical foundation of our Growth organization. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our AI measurement strategy and the technical engine driving our most critical external partnerships.

You will sit at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business development, ensuring that our AI initiatives are not just innovative, but measurable, high-quality, and high-impact. You will be responsible for defining the "truth" in our data—creating the frameworks that allow us to iterate on AI features with precision while coordinating the execution of features that fuel our global growth.

What You’ll Do

• Architect AI Quality & Measurement: Define, drive, and own the vision for how PLG measures AI success. You will establish KPIs for accuracy, reliability, and user impact, ensuring our AI initiatives are grounded in rigorous data and continuous improvement.
• Drive the AI Improvement Roadmap: Lead the "closed-loop" process for AI—analyzing performance data to draw strategic conclusions, identifying gaps in model behavior, and creating actionable plans to elevate our AI capabilities.
• Spearhead Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary technical lead for our growth partners. You will manage high-stakes technical relationships, translate partner needs into prioritized product requirements, and ensure seamless execution of integrated features.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to resolve complex technical blockers and prioritize growth-driven feature requests in a high-velocity environment.
• Lead with Data Integrity: Ensure the whole lifecycle of data and quality for our Growth AI initiatives is pristine. You will determine what we measure, how we measure it, and ensure that data-driven insights are the North Star for every decision we make.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Technical Product Management experience with a proven track record of managing complex technical ecosystems, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or data-intensive environment.
• Expertise in AI Evaluation (Evals): Deep understanding of how to measure LLM and Agentic performance beyond simple "pass/fail." You are familiar with creating Golden Datasets and implementing metrics such as Factuality/Hallucination rates, Semantic Similarity, and Tool-Selection Accuracy.
• Agentic Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with the architecture of autonomous agents (e.g., planning, memory, and tool-use) and how to evaluate their multi-step reasoning capabilities.
• Analytical Rigor: You are obsessed with the "why" behind the numbers. You have a demonstrated ability to look at complex datasets, extract meaningful conclusions, and turn them into a technical roadmap.
• Strategic Execution: You are an expert at balancing the immediate needs of external partners with the long-term technical goals of the internal engineering organization.
• Collaborative Leadership: Ability to thrive in highly dynamic environments where you must influence without authority, aligning stakeholders across GTM, Analytics, Growth, and Engineering.

Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
