At Moveworks, our global partnerships team is dedicated to creating an ecosystem that enhances customer experiences with our leading AI-powered automation platform for enterprise support. As an integral member of this team, you'll take the lead in advancing our partnership efforts across the generative AI and automation landscape. Your focus will be on establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key VAR, Cloud, GSI, and ISV partners within the enterprise AI and support automation sectors.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing cross-functional strategies to meet both sales and partnership objectives, particularly with our VARs and other major partner groups. Collaboration with teams in Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market will be critical to ensure the successful rollout of product enhancements, joint initiatives, and go-to-market campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales and GTM expertise, with a proven history of building and scaling partnerships in a dynamic, rapidly growing industry.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Partnerships: Lead GTM execution with VAR partners, aligning with their business goals and our joint value. Drive demand gen, co-sell initiatives, and identify new opportunities. Focus on VARs, with involvement in Cloud, GSI, and ISV partnerships.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with partners on joint GTM plans, including product development, campaigns, and customer engagements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partner strategies with company goals.
  • Customer Success: Ensure successful partner-driven projects and customer value realization.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, including meetings, opportunities, partner revenue, and funnel performance; provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Stay on top of market trends and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Partner Support and Enablement: Collaborate with Partner Ops & Enablement to ensure partners have the tools and training to succeed.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 6+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, primarily in a sales capacity.
  • 3+ years of direct sales/channel sales experience within the data, cloud, or SaaS space.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives on building processes, relationships, and revenue streams while working toward long-term goals.
  • Creative and resourceful in developing and improving processes.
  • Extroverted, collaborative, and eager to develop and execute partner relationships.
  • Data-driven and results-focused with the ability to execute quickly and effectively.
  • Experienced in enterprise SaaS sales and enabling partners to replicate success.
  • Able to communicate effectively, present business plans, and track partner progress.
  • Comfortable working with globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
