At Mollie, Product Marketing is a pivotal role at the intersection of product, commerce, and marketing teams. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be both the voice of our customers and a key conduit for product insights. Your role is essential in fostering a deep understanding of our products and our customers' needs.
In this position, you'll work closely with the product and commercial teams to ensure we develop a leading product narrative and identify opportunities to create awareness for the payments products. You'll lead go-to-market campaigns to launch new products, devise acquisition strategies, and ensure our teams are equipped to meet and exceed our targets.
What you'll be doing:
Lead our product marketing efforts to drive the commercial success of our payments domain
Develop and execute the go-to-market plans for new products and features to enhance our proposition
Identify our ideal customer profile (ICP) and create key messaging by segment to drive new business acquisition.
Stay informed about customer segments, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape in your domain area.
Collaborate with various marketing teams (Partner, Growth, Field) to create assets for integrated campaigns.
Work with our partners to execute campaigns
Support our content teams in creating thought leadership in the SaaS and Marketplace space.
Communicate product news, updates, and enhancements to customer-facing teams.
Lead project status meetings, update relevant teams, and proactively close feedback loops.
Gather and communicate customer feedback to guide product enhancements and future product direction.
Work with central and local leadership to ensure alignment with the wider commercial strategy in each region

What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with experience in payments, financial services, or SaaS being advantageous.
Proven track record in a fast-growing company within a dynamic market, with the ability to handle change and challenges effectively.
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer needs, pains, and gains.
Demonstrated experience in managing and executing multiple projects while keeping key stakeholders informed.
Ability to translate technical product details into clear narratives for internal teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage internal leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English with strong writing skills; proficiency in Dutch, French, or German is a plus.
